If you are searching for job, you will find difficulty. Employer
will give lot of requirement to recruit, you will find that some of
those items will be not fitted with your expertise. What to do?
Will you give up to apply for that or will you go ahead? I know the
situation, totally confused. But still you have chance because you
have other expertise that deserves you to go ahead.
Fighting a lot you probably get a job. What next? If you really
sincere enough for your job need not to be worry. Once you have a
job your career will be on the way to your goal. There aren't many
things to be worried. Whenever you have left one year and enough
expertise and experience with your track you will be confident
enough with your career. But here also you will find some problem.
Unlikely, different organization values their employee in different
logical view. So, we need to cop up with those ideas. For example,
some organization's policy to happy with their sincere employee who
are executing the task properly. But some other might not be happy
yet. They will find out pro-active and new innovative ideas. These
might not fit with you because you are executing your job properly
and have confidence.
Yes of course we have to be pro-active and innovative. But some time
it cannot be workable. If you find work pressure is too high what
could be your choice? Finish your task or going for innovation? If
you don't finish your job nothing could prevent your unless fire
from job and if you are not pro-active with new idea that is also
risky for your growth within the organization. And if we are in this
situation, it will be the real worst frustrated time.
How to cop with this? In my experience I have found its better
switch the job, you may ask it's not the right choice. But you see
you are doing well and of course can execute well then what make you
restricted. Getting another job? I don't believe with this question,
if you really good with your work it won't take time find another
suitable one for you.
Now, it's the time for question. It might make loose for
organization. We must not care always, as you know whenever
organization find you worst one anyway they will just fire you. But
when you have the choice why not quit the job if you are confident
enough?
One thing I found myself in my professional life very bitter that is
organization can fire you anytime with any reason (sometime you will
feel invalid or illogical reason). But you cannot fire the company
or quit the job easily. Number one, its because risk of finding a
new job. Second you have some contract or you could say some
boundary from the organization so that whenever you want to quit its
long way to go. But for organization hiring and firing is so easy
that they could set the requirement as their need.
Then why not the employee have the right choice or freedom to go
with one's career. It must not be one way in our professional life;
it must be both ways.
So, we need to have a look on this so that employee and the employer
have the right choice to go...
